The Nite Lyfe concept was formed and developed in 2012 as the premiere production of Yaad Boiiz Film Productions — an independent, next-generation multimedia production company specializing in film and television programming.

Nite Lyfe was created to highlight and showcase the diversity and depth of the entertainment industry and social scene that Jamaica has to offer at nights.
